You have traveled to a Caribbean island, to relax on a white sand beach...
Sea turtles, that is!! In fact they have been coming to this beach for thousands and thousands of years, ever since their creation. Sea turtles don't come simply for enjoyment, but they count on this beach as their nesting grounds. They return here again and again to lay their eggs. If the sea turtles nesting beaches are harmed, polluted, or destroyed thousands of sea turtles will cease to hatch, ending their life cycle and forcing sea turtles closer to extinction.
Before you travel to a Caribbean island, your knowledge and concern is vital to the future existence of sea turtles. Please be informed of a few simple beach guidelines.
